EU CUSTOMERS - IMPORTANT NOTICE

As of July 1st 2021 the €22 VAT exemption on low value consignments entering the EU for delivery to consumers from the UK no longer applies. This means that VAT must be charged at the time of sale (at the rate of VAT in the customer's country) for consignments not exceeding €150 and paid via a new VAT return form. Non-EU sellers (like me) have to register in one EU member state to be able to file these returns.
This is very difficult to do as a small business so for now I sadly cannot sell to EU customers through this website. However, the full range of products is still available to EU customers via my Etsy shop where the VAT situation has been (relatively) simplified for both seller and buyer.

DELIVERY
It's just me here running the show folks and as such I unfortunately cannot offer same-day dispatch. Orders are generally dispatched on the next working day, however during busy periods dispatch may take up to 48 hours.

UK - sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. Delivery within 1-2 working days of dispatch. Total delivery time can be up to 4 days.

International - sent via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery (no tracking number). Delivery is estimated to take 7-9 working days, but can take up to 14 days to arrive.

Please note that all shipping times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to delays as a result of postal systems in their country and are somewhat out of my control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout when you select your location from the dropdown menu.

RETURNS
Obviously I hope that everyone is happy with their order(!), but if for any reason you're not then please email me at hello@amyhoodillustration.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and I will provide you with my return address.

Please note that return goods need to be securely packaged and the return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is incorrect/faulty. Royal Mail's recorded delivery service and obtaining proof of postage is recommended.
Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the return, providing it is in a saleable condition. Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account.
